  • 2 x full exhibitor passes (including complimentary admittance to the Congress on 31 July, 1 and 2 Aug 2013) 
  • 2 x complimentary admittance to opening Function Tuesday 30 July  in the Exhibition Trade Hall
  • Acknowledgement of sponsorship in the final programme
  • Company logo with a link to your company website will be placed on the conference website
  • Security & general cleaning for the duration of the meeting

Logistics

A manual outlining all technical aspects of exhibiting will be circulated prior the conference, detailing:

  • Technical information about the venue
  • Final exhibition information


Payment Terms

An invoice will be forwarded on confirmation of booking.
50% deposit due immediately to confirm selected stand position.
Final payment is to be received by 31 May 2013.
Note should payment not be received by the due dates, the Congress Office retains the right to release and resell the stand position.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received between 1 & 31 May will be refunded 50% of the total invoice cost, if the stand area is resold. If the stand area cannot be resold 100% of the total invoice cost will apply. No cancellations will be received after 31 May 2013. Full stand cost payable. Please forward all cancellations in writing to the conference office.
