Submission of Abstracts

Abstract Format

Maximum of 250 words in MS Word.
Page set up with A4 margins, top, bottom
Font: Arial 10pt.

The abstract must be submitted under the following headlines:

  • Title
  • Authors
  • Affiliation

The text should be structured as follows:

  • Objectives
  • Method
  • Results
  • Conclusions

 

Acceptance

Abstracts were reviewed by the Scientific Committee who reserves the right to accept or reject abstracts for presentation. Authors were notified by 12 June 2013 if their abstracts have accepted.
All authors of accepted abstracts must be registered as congress delegates.

Note: All visuals shown must have informed consent.
Speakers must declare conflict of interest before starting their presentations.

 

Oral Presentations

The official language of the conference is English
The Scientific Programme includes both short and long abstract presentations. 
For long presentations, each speaker will be allocated 10 minutes including questions.
For short presentations, each speaker will be allocated 5 minutes, including questions.

Authors will be advised in which format their abstract is to be presented via email.
